Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) Gujranwala is inviting sealed competitive bids from registered contractors and firms duly enrolled with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and PPRA for the supply of RCD/RPC manhole covers and rings in Gujranwala, Punjab. The estimated cost of the project is Rs 28,811,200 with a bid security requirement of 5 percent. The tender is issued for the financial year 2025-26 and 2026-27, with a completion time limit of one month. This procurement shall be carried out exclusively through the Punjab Procurement Authority (PPRA) e-PADS platform. All bidding documents containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions are available to registered bidders on the PPRA website.
Bidders must be duly registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council and PPRA in the relevant category to participate. The bid security in the form of a CDR or bank guarantee equal to 5 percent of the estimated cost must be submitted. Single stage single envelope procedure will be adopted for this tender. Bids must be prepared in strict accordance with the bidding documents and submitted exclusively through e-PADS. All bids are to be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM, and hard copies will not be accepted. Bidders should carefully review the PPRA Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024 for complete eligibility requirements and compliance procedures.
Bidding documents are available on the PPRA e-PADS portal at http://e-pads.punjab.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically on or before 01-07-2026 not later than 12:00 noon. The bid opening will occur on the same day at 12:30 PM. Interested bidders should upload their e-bids as per PPRA Regulation 2024 guidelines.
