Description / Scope of Work
Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO), a major power distribution utility in Punjab, invites sealed bids for the supply of Distribution Transformers under Single Stage One Envelope Bidding Procedure. Two tender packages are being floated: Tender 3100-14MW FESCO/2025-27 for 400-KVA Distribution Transformers (200 units across four lots of 50 units each) and Tender 3101-14MW FESCO/2025-27 for 630-KVA Distribution Transformers (200 units across four lots of 50 units each). All transformers must be duly pre-qualified and registered in Category M-1 with WAPDA and PPMC, manufactured according to approved WAPDA/PPMC drawings and specifications, and supplied with valid prototypes. Bidders must possess valid registration with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and be listed as active taxpayers with the Federal Board of Revenue. Bids must be submitted in local currency inclusive of all applicable taxes and duties, exclusive of General Sales Tax and without foreign exchange involvement.
Bidding documents containing detailed specifications, terms, conditions and other relevant information are available on the EPADS portal at www.eprocure.gov.pk. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS on or before 02 July 2026 at 11:30 AM and will be opened on the same day at the office of the Director (Material Management) FESCO Limited in Faisalabad. Original Bid Security Instrument must be submitted in the office of the undersigned before the online submission deadline; otherwise the respective bid shall not be opened. Notification of GRC evaluation will be provided under Rule-48 of PPRA Rules 2004.
