State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan invites electronic bids from authorized distributors, suppliers, and contractors with over 10 years of relevant experience in civil renovation works for corporate buildings. The tender (Reference: RED-LMR-RUD & PHS-SLB-RWP-08-2026) covers the establishment of a Regional Underwriting Department (RUD) and renovation and modernization of the PHS Facilitation Centers located at the first floor of SLB Building on Mall Road in Rawalpindi, Punjab. The project encompasses both the East and West Wings of the facility and requires execution by organizations registered with income tax and sales tax authorities who have previously rendered services to federal government, semi-government organizations, banks, and multinational companies in Pakistan.
Eligible bidders must possess proper office, telephone number, and NTN registration with E-PADS, PEC Grade C-5 and above, FBR on ATL and GST. The bid security requirement is PKR 200,000 in the form of a Pay Order or Bank Draft in favor of the State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan. Bidders must be registered on the E-PADS portal and comply with all regulatory requirements including Rule 41 of PPRA rules 2004. Single Stage Two Envelope bid evaluation system will be adopted for this tender.
Bid documents are available on the E-PADS portal (www.eprocure.gov.pk) and State Life website (https://www.statelife.com.pk). Electronic bids must be submitted via E-PADS on or before 29 June 2026 at 11:00 am, with technical bids opening on the same day at 11:30 am in the presence of bidders' representatives at the given address.
