Description / Scope of Work
An open auction for Qaul Doda of the Pond Area of Qadirabad Barrage for the fiscal year 2026-27 will be conducted by the Qadirabad Barrage Division, Canal Colony, Punjab. This procurement notice invites qualified bidders to participate in the auction scheduled for 24 June 2025, with bidding commencing at 02:00 PM and opening of bids at 02:30 PM on the same date in the presence of a duly constituted committee. The reference number for this auction is IPL-5846.
Participants interested in bidding must produce their original Computerized National Identity Cards at the time of auction. An earnest money deposit of Rs. 20,000 is required to be deposited in advance before the start of the bidding process. The successful bidder shall deposit the full amount of the bid at the time of fall of hammer. No conditional bids will be entertained, and in case of any dispute, the decision of the competent authority shall be final and binding. Acceptance of the bid will be given upon receipt of necessary approval by the competent authority.
Interested parties should note that if the auction cannot be carried out on 24 June 2025, the next scheduled dates for the auction will be 01 July 2026 and 08 July 2026.
