Description / Scope of Work
DHQ Govt. General Hospital Samanabad and Govt. Al-Hamd Hospital Nishatabad, both located in Faisalabad, Punjab, invite electronic bids for a framework contract for transportation of goods items for the fiscal year 2026-27. The procurement is estimated at 3 million rupees and covers logistics and transportation services required by the two hospitals for the supply and delivery of goods and medical items. This is an item-wise bidding process open to well-reputed firms registered on the E-PADs (Electronic Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) in relevant categories.
Prospective bidders must be registered on E-PADS and shall submit bid security equivalent to 2 percent of the estimated cost in the form of CDR, bank draft, or pay order made payable to the Medical Superintendent DHQ Govt. General Hospital Samanabad, Faisalabad. Successful bidders will be required to deposit a performance guarantee equal to 2 percent of the total contract value in the same forms upon award. All item rates must be inclusive of all government taxes, and bids must be complete, signed, and free from conditions, cutting, overwriting, or ambiguity.
Bid documents may be downloaded from the PPRA website www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and the E-PADS portal. Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS by 23 June 2026 at 10:30 AM and will be opened at 11:00 AM the same day in the office of the Medical Superintendent in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
