Description / Scope of Work
DHQ Govt General Hospital Samanabad in Faisalabad, Punjab, invites electronic bids for the procurement of spare parts and preventive maintenance kits for biomedical equipment installed within the hospital facility. The procurement is to be conducted on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis with all prices inclusive of applicable government taxes. Bidders are required to submit their electronic bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk in accordance with the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure as per Rule 38(2) of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Eligible bidders must be registered and in good standing with relevant authorities. All bidders are required to submit bid security equivalent to 2 percent of the estimated cost in the form of a CDR, pay order, or bank draft from any scheduled bank in the name of MS Superintendent DHQ Govt General Hospital Samanabad, Faisalabad. Successful bidders shall deposit an additional 2 percent of the total contract value as performance guarantee in the form of CDR, bank draft, or bank guarantee, which shall be refunded upon successful completion of contract obligations. Conditional, unsigned, incomplete, or doubtful bids shall be rejected without consideration.
Bidders must submit their electronic bids on or before 23 June 2026 at 10:30 AM (Pakistan Standard Time) through the EPADS platform. The original 2 percent bid security must be physically submitted before the tender opening date. Electronic bids received by the stipulated deadline shall be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM on EPADS; late bids shall not be entertained. All bidding documents must be filled completely, stamped, and signed before submission.
