District Head Quarter Hospital (City) Okara invites electronic bids from eligible pharmacies for the procurement of medicines, surgical disposables, and related pharmaceutical items on a day-to-day basis throughout the financial year 2026-27. The procurement covers both local purchase and Sehat Sahulat Program requirements, with deliveries to be made free of charge and available 24/7 to support continuous hospital operations in Okara, Punjab. This is an ongoing local purchase arrangement designed to ensure uninterrupted supply of essential medicines and surgical consumables for patient care.
Interested bidders must hold a valid Drug Sale License issued by the competent authority and meet all eligibility criteria as specified in the bidding documents. Bidders are required to comply with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended to date) and all applicable regulations governing pharmaceutical procurement. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning reasons, and all evaluations will be conducted in accordance with established procurement procedures.

This single-stage, two-envelope bidding process will be conducted through EPAD Bidding System, and all successful bidders must comply with delivery schedules and quality standards as outlined in the tender documentation.
