Description / Scope of Work
Water and Sanitation Agency Gujranwala is inviting sealed bids from registered contractors and firms duly registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council and PPRA for the supply of RCC/RPC manhole covers and rings. The project is valued at Rs. 28.811 million and is located in Gujranwala, Punjab. The scope includes procurement of quality manhole covers and rings required for water and sanitation infrastructure development. This tender is open for the financial year 2025-26 and 2026-27, and bids will be evaluated based on competitive pricing and compliance with technical specifications. The estimated completion time is one month from contract award.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and possess valid PPRA registration. A bid security equivalent to 5 percent of the estimated cost must be submitted along with the bid. All bids must include a CD/Bank guarantee or Pay Order as earnest money. The procurement will be conducted through the e-PADS (electronic Procurement Auction System) of Punjab Procurement Authority, and only bidders registered on this platform may participate. Bidders must upload their proposals in PDF format through e-PADS as per PPRA Regulation-4 of 2024.
Bidding documents are available on the official websites of Punjab Procurement Authority at eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx and https://punjab.eprocure.com. Bids must be submitted electronically on or before 12:00 noon on 1 July 2026, and will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM in soft form. Original bid security documents must be submitted at the WASA Head Office, X-Block Peoples Colony Gujranwala before bid opening.
