Municipal Committee Pakpattan invites electronic bids from registered contractors and bidders for the execution of fourteen development schemes across Pakpattan, Punjab. The schemes include construction and rehabilitation of streets, community facilities, and municipal infrastructure with a combined estimated cost of approximately Rs 9.39 crore. Projects encompass tuff tile street works, street wall construction, school facility upgrades, municipal office renovation, parking infrastructure development, and residential quarters construction for sub-engineers. The tender is advertised in The Express newspaper dated June 1, 2026, and is released under PPRA Rules 2014 and E-Procurement Regulations 2024 for the financial year 2025-26.
Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council and relevant authorities for the financial year 2025-26, with applicable income tax and sales tax registrations. Bid security requirements range from Rs 75,000 to Rs 5,000,000 depending on the individual scheme value. All bidders must ensure their E-bids are properly uploaded on the E-PAD system with correct document references and scheme details before submission. Late bids will not be accepted, and bidders quoted below 5% of estimated cost must provide additional performance security as specified.
Bid documents are available on the E-PAD system portal and the PPRA website at https://sproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx. E-bids must be submitted through the E-PAD system on or before June 22, 2026 at 12:00 PM, with opening scheduled for the same date at the Procedural Office of the Municipal Officer (IAS), Municipal Committee Pakpattan.
