Punjab Industrial Estates Development and Management Company (PIEDMC) invites sealed bids for the procurement of pad mounted transformers for Sundar Industrial Estate in Punjab. This single stage, one envelope procurement is advertised under contract reference PIE/P&C/PMT/BOM-SIE/26/25 and aims to supply transformers meeting specified technical requirements to support the industrial infrastructure development at the estate. The procurement is being conducted in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014 as amended.
Bidders must be eligible entities registered with relevant tax and regulatory authorities in Pakistan. Bids must be supported by proper documentation establishing the bidder's eligibility, qualification, and the goods' conformity to technical specifications. A bid security in the form of a bank guarantee or demand draft is required as specified in the bid data sheet. All bids must remain valid for not less than ninety days from the submission date, and quoted prices should be inclusive of all applicable taxes and duties.
Bid documents are available through EPADS (Electronic Procurement and Disposal System) and bidders must submit sealed bids via the same platform before the deadline of June 23, 2026. Bids will be opened by the Procuring Agency on the specified date. Technical evaluation will be conducted on conformity to bidding documents, and post-qualification will be performed for the lowest evaluated bidder. Interested parties should obtain complete bidding documents and submit bids electronically, with all queries and clarifications to be addressed through EPADS as per procedural guidelines.
