Description / Scope of Work
This procurement notice invites bids for maintenance and repair (M&R) works at Government Nawaz Sharif Degree College in Sargodha, Punjab. The project encompasses comprehensive renovation of the main building and lavatory block number 2, including dismantling and reconstruction of brickwork, concrete structures, installation of premium WPC doors and aluminium windows, ceramic tile work for both dado and flooring, painting, and complete sanitary fixtures installation. The scope also covers water supply infrastructure including tube well boring, PPRC water supply piping, storage tank installation, and ejector pump setup. The estimated tender value is approximately PKR 2.63 million including 16% PRA. Work is located in Sargodha city, Punjab province.
Eligible bidders must possess valid business registration, relevant experience in building maintenance and plumbing works, and valid tax documentation as per government procurement rules. Bidders are required to submit bid security as per PPRA guidelines. All materials specified must be from approved manufacturers such as ESTA, Greendoors, Master, Stile, Sonex, Dadex, Popular, and Beta for respective items. Contractors must demonstrate technical capacity to execute quality work as per approved specifications and standards referenced in the tender document.
Bid documents are available as attached to this notice. Sealed bids must be submitted to the office of Government Nawaz Sharif Degree College, Sargodha on or before the closing date mentioned in the tender advertisement. Bids will be publicly opened on the scheduled date as per tender schedule. For further information and clarification, interested bidders may contact the Sub Engineer or Superintending Engineer at the college office. All work must be executed in accordance with technical specifications, drawing approvals, and directives issued by the Engineer-in-Charge.
