Lahore Development Authority invites sealed bids for the construction of a paddle court facility at LDA Sports Complex Canal West and LDA Sports Complex Johar Town, Lahore, Punjab. The project encompasses excavation and removal of malba including lead and lift, sand filling, crushed stone aggregate sub-base, lean concrete, plant mix, steel reinforcement fabrication, earthwork on drainage systems, soil compaction, pavement concrete, steel grating, UPVC waste pipe, brick work in foundation, cement plaster, weathershield paint, and cobble stone works. The estimated project cost is Rs. 42,592,774 with a total cost including five percent PST of Rs. 44,722,413. The time limit for project completion is three months.
Bidders must possess valid business registration and relevant licenses for construction work. An earnest money deposit of Rs. 2,236,121 is required to be submitted with the bid. Only registered and experienced contractors meeting the technical and financial eligibility criteria shall be considered for bid evaluation. Bidders are required to carefully review all specifications and technical drawings before submission.
Bid documents can be obtained from the office of the Chief Engineer-I, LDA during working hours. Sealed bids must be submitted by the specified closing date of June 20, 2026. Bids will be opened on the same date in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
