Description / Scope of Work
The Department of Nishtar Institute of Tenants (DNIT) invites sealed bids for the rehabilitation of the Area Development Scheme located in Farooquabad, Punjab. This comprehensive development project encompasses multiple civil works and infrastructure improvements including earthwork, aggregates supply, road surface treatment with bitumen, water supply pipeline installation, high-density polyethylene pipe replacement, trench backfilling, and installation of block valves and air valves for the water distribution network. The project scope also includes repairs to existing infrastructure such as OHRs, tubewell installations, electrical connections, and various sanitary works. The estimated tender value is Rs. 168,021 with a time limit of 9 months for project completion.
Bidders must meet standard eligibility criteria as prescribed by the procurement rules. Contractors are required to provide performance security in the form of bid security as specified in the tender documents.
