Description / Scope of Work
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited, a Gas Transmission and Distribution Company, invites sealed bids from original manufacturers, authorized distributors, dealers, authorized stockiest suppliers, and stockiest with authority letter for the supply of Misc Tool Material. Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, possess valid Professional Tax Clearance Certificates for 2025-26, and maintain Active Taxpayer status with the Federal Board of Revenue. The tender reference is FCS/TRP/TE/115/26, and bidders are invited to participate in this competitive procurement process across Punjab province.
Eligible bidders must submit bid bonds in the form of Bank Draft, Pay Order, or Bid Bond issued by a scheduled Bank of Pakistan on non-judicial stamp paper in favor of SNGPL. Quotations received without proper bid bond of quoted material will not be read or announced at tender opening and will be rejected from further evaluation. Tender download and printing charges of Rs. 1000 plus applicable taxes must be remitted via CASII/CDR/SDB/Bankers Cheque or Pay Order. All bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the Procurement Department at SNGPL Office, 04 Km Multan Khurd Dhok Tali Tarap Ada, Talagang.
Bidding documents are available on the PPRA web portal (EPAD) at www.ppra.gov.pk and the agency website at www.sngpl.com.pk. The sealed bid submission deadline is 24.06.2026 at 15:00 hours at the Procurement Department address in Talagang. Public bid opening will occur on the same day at 15:30 hours on EPAD.
