Cantonment Board Peshawar invites competitive bids through e-PADS for two original construction projects in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The first project involves construction of a commercial building (B+G+4) at Survey No. 405/A, Bajori Gate, Serai Natak (Shoba Bazar) with an estimated cost of Rs. 39.600 million. The second project is construction of 17 retail shops on the first floor at Al-Nafa Markaz Block C, Shoba Bazar with an estimated cost of Rs. 38.650 million. Both works will be executed on a percentage above/below or at par basis against MES Schedule of Rates 2025 (amended to date), with market rate basis applicable for non-schedule items. The tender is issued under Rule 36(b) of PPRA Rules 2004 (as amended) following Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure.
Eligible contractors and firms must maintain valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category for 2025-26 and be listed on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. Bid security equivalent to 2 percent of the estimated cost must be deposited as a Call deposit in the name of Cantonment Board Peshawar from scheduled banks in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004, with supporting affidavit attached to technical proposals. Bidding document fee is Rs. 1,000 (non-refundable).

Sealed bids containing separate technical and financial proposals must be submitted to the same address by 1100 hours on 30 June 2026, with technical proposal opening scheduled for 1130 hours on the same date.
