Description / Scope of Work
Bahria University, H-11 Campus Islamabad, is inviting sealed bids for the procurement of hardware equipment for NRPU Research Project ID NRPU 101198. This tender is open to all eligible bidders and covers the supply and delivery of specified hardware equipment required for research activities. The procurement follows e-bidding procedures as per government regulations, with bids to be submitted through the EPADS portal (www.eprocure.gov.pk) by the closing date and time specified. The work order will be issued to the successful vendor, and all materials must be new incorporating recent improvements in design and quality standards.
Prospective bidders must meet the following eligibility criteria: possess at least three years of verified experience in the relevant field, hold an original dealership certificate for the equipment being supplied, and not be under declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices. Bids must be submitted in Pak Rupees on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis, inclusive of all applicable taxes, transportation, and labour charges. Technical evaluation will assess compliance with specifications, while commercial evaluation will determine the lowest cost bidder meeting technical requirements. A one-year defect liability period applies to all supplied equipment, with the contractor responsible for repairs at no cost to the client.
Bidders may collect tender documents from the Procurement Office, BUI H-11 Campus, Basement of MP Block, Sector H-11/4, Islamabad, or access them online through EPADS. Electronic bids must be submitted before the bid closing date and time, with opening scheduled at least 30 minutes thereafter. Physical bid documents stamped and signed by the firm must accompany electronic submission.
