Cantonment Board Peshawar invites sealed bids through e-PADS for two major construction projects in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The first project involves construction of a Commercial Building (Basement plus Ground plus 4 floors) at Survey Number 405/A, Bajori Gate, Serai Natak (Shoba Bazar) with an estimated cost of Rs. 39.600 million. The second project encompasses construction of 17 shops on the first floor at Al-Nafa Markaz Block C, Shoba Bazar with an estimated cost of Rs. 38.650 million. Both works are to be executed on the basis of MES Schedule of Rates 2025 (amended to date) on a percentage above/below or at par basis for schedule items and market rate basis for non-schedule items, as per the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure under Rule 36(b) of PPRA Rules 2004.
Eligible bidders must have valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category for the year 2025-26 and must be on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. Bidders are required to submit 2% bid security/earnest money as a Call deposit in the name of Cantonment Board Peshawar from scheduled banks, accompanied by an affidavit confirming placement in financial proposals. The bidding document fee is Rs. 1000 (non-refundable) per project and can be obtained from the office during working hours or downloaded from the CBP website.
Bids must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes—one containing the Technical Proposal marked "Technical Bid" with the bidding document fee, and another containing the Financial Proposal marked "Financial Proposal"—both placed in a single sealed envelope addressed to the Cantonment Board Peshawar office at 5 Captain Abdul Jalil (Shaheed) Road, Peshawar Cantonment. The closing date and time for bid submission is 30 June 2026 at 1100 hours, with technical bids opening at 1130 hours the same day.
