Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited invites sealed bids for the supply of fabrication material under tender enquiry reference FCS/BWP/TE/019/26. This is an open competitive bidding process for procurement of fabrication materials required by the organization. The tender is being issued from the Procurement Office located at Project South Spread KLP Road near Jamal Din Wali By Pass in Sadiqabad Camp, Punjab province. Bids must be submitted in duplicate sealed covers with both physical and electronic submission on E-PADS system, with tender closing at 15:00 hours on 25 June 2026 and public opening at 15:30 hours the same day.
Bidders must meet standard eligibility requirements including valid GST registration, National Tax Number, and professional tax clearance certificate. Bid security in the form of a bid bond as per specimen in Appendix F must be submitted with the offer. The quotation must remain valid for 60 days from the closing date and be quoted on the prescribed price sheet in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of all taxes, duties and levies. Only one authorized representative per bidder is permitted to attend the public bid opening, requiring submission of an authority letter as per the specified format.

Payment shall be made within 30 days of goods receipt, with SNGPL deducting 1 percent of total sales tax as withholding agent per applicable rules.
