Description / Scope of Work
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites sealed bids for the supply of welding materials and related equipment including silky romals, galvanized iron boxes, water cooler caps, canvas turpals, cutting sets, grinder armatures, plywood sheets, quick calipers, flood lights, web slings, iron cots, pipe lifting belts, field coils, and carbon brushes. The tender encompasses 23 line items with quantities ranging from 1 to 36 numbers. Delivery is required within 15 days of purchase order receipt at SNGPL Store in Charsadda Camp, Charsadda, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The bid bond valuation totals approximately Rs. 45,365 covering all specified materials. This procurement is for supply on a free delivery basis at the organization's designated location in Charsadda.
Bidders must be qualified suppliers capable of meeting technical specifications and delivery schedules. All bids must include a bid bond as per Appendix E, with one copy uploaded through EPADS and the original delivered to SNGPL offices before tender closing. Bidders are required to submit offers in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of all government taxes, duties, and levies except sales tax, which should be mentioned separately. The offer must remain valid for 60 days from the tender closing date. Only authorized representatives with proper authority letters may attend the public bid opening. Any attempt to obstruct competition or form cartels will result in bid rejection and possible debarment from approved suppliers list.
Bid documents including general terms (Appendix A), schedule of requirements (Appendix B), technical specifications (Appendix C and C-1), price term sheet (Appendix D), and other required appendices are available with this tender enquiry. One copy of bids must be submitted through EPADS and a duplicate original sealed copy to the Officer (Procurement) at SNGPL Camp, Near Tajo Bibi Girls College, Main Charsadda Bazaar, Charsadda, on or before 29 June 2026 by 15:00 hours. Bids will be opened publicly on the same date at 15:30 hours. Clarifications regarding tender terms or specifications should be requested at least 7 days before the closing date.
