Description / Scope of Work
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites sealed competitive bids for the supply of fabrication materials comprising canvas turpals, water coolers, plywood sheets, calipers, cutting sets, web slings, welding cables, flood lights, GI boxes, hose adapters, iron cots, bolts, nuts, washers, and spinners. The tender is advertised with reference FCS/NSR/TE/014/26 and covers approximately 21 different items with varying quantities as detailed in the Schedule of Requirement. Delivery is required within 15 days after receipt of purchase order at SNGPL Store, Charsadda Camp in Charsadda, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province. The bid documents include general terms, technical specifications, price term sheets, specimen bonds, and questionnaire forms.
Bidders must be authorized suppliers capable of providing materials conforming to technical specifications and tender conditions. A bid bond as specified for each item must be submitted in duplicate, with one copy through the EPADS system and the original delivered to the procurement office. Only one authorized representative per bidder is permitted to attend the public opening, with proper authority letter required as per Appendix G. Bidders must declare full disclosure and non-collusion, and any attempt to obstruct competition or form cartels will result in bid rejection and possible delisting.
Bid documents are available from the Officer (Procurement) at SNGPL Camp, Near Tajo Bibi Girls College, Main Charsadda Bazaar, Charsadda. Sealed bids must be submitted through EPADS and one copy in person on or before 29 June 2026 by 15:00 hours. Bids will be opened publicly at 15:30 hours on the same date. Bidders must submit offers in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of all government taxes, duties and levies except sales tax, based on free delivery at the specified location.
