Description / Scope of Work
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites sealed bids for the supply of testing materials required for operations at its Charsadda Camp facility in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The tender encompasses thirteen line items including hose pipes of various diameters and specifications, joint clumps, pressure hose pipes, penetrant developer cleaner kits, polythene sheets, welding cable connectors, hydraulic hose pipes, canvas turpals, brass hammers, and safety goggles. The approximate total bid bond value is Rs. 20,628 with delivery required within 15 days after receipt of purchase order at SNGPL's Charsadda Camp. This is a free delivery tender with all items to be supplied to the company's designated store location in Charsadda.
Bidders must be registered and pre-qualified manufacturers capable of supplying the specified items in compliance with technical specifications and terms. A bid bond (security) equal to the total bid value must be submitted with the tender. Only one authorized representative per bidder is permitted to attend the public bid opening, and they must present an authority letter as per the prescribed format. Bids must remain valid for 60 days from the closing date. The tender is subject to PPRA regulations and blacklisting/debarment rules as per PPRA Rule No. 19.
Bids must be submitted in duplicate through the EPADS system and in physical form to the Officer (Procurement) at SNGPL Camp, Near Tajo Bibi Girls College, Main Charsadda Bazaar, Charsadda, on or before 30 June 2026 by 15:00 hours. Bids will be publicly opened on the same date at 15:30 hours. All offers must be in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of government taxes and duties except sales tax. The company reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities by up to 15 percent post-opening or to conduct 100 percent inspection by third parties.
