Fabrication of Car Parking Shed in Admin Block by Quaid-e-Azam University

Quaid-e-Azam University Islamabad, operating under the Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training, invites electronic bids from eligible vendors for the fabrication and supply of a car parking shed in the Admin Block. This procurement is planned for the fiscal year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) using a Single Stage-One Envelope bidding process with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. The project is located in Islamabad Capital Territory and includes all materials, labour, and associated services for complete fabrication and installation of the parking structure.

All bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and are required to submit bids electronically. Bid Security in the form of a Pay Order is mandatory as per the specifications detailed in the bidding documents, or alternatively bidders may furnish a Bid Security Declaration as specified. Bidders must ensure they meet all eligibility criteria and provide necessary documentation including integrity pacts and performance guarantee forms as outlined in the tender requirements.

Bidding documents containing complete technical specifications, terms and conditions, price schedules, and contract forms are available on the EPADS portal at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Bidders must register and submit their electronic bids by Tuesday, June 30, 2026 at 02:00 PM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 02:30 PM.
