Description / Scope of Work
The National Highway Authority (NHA), Punjab-North Region, invites electronic bids for the construction of a pedestrian steel overhead bridge with motorcyclist ramp at KM 1412+600 near Session Court Kharian on National Highway N-5. The project has an estimated cost of Rs 74,876,518 and is designed to improve pedestrian and motorcyclist safety and mobility along this major national corridor in Punjab province. The contract is issued under the invitation to e-bids process and is open to all eligible construction firms meeting the specified regulatory requirements.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Income Tax Department, listed on the Active Taxpayers List maintained by the Federal Board of Revenue, and possess valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in Category C-4 with specialization codes CE-01, CE-02, and CE-10. Prospective contractors should obtain EPADS registration through www.eprocure.gov.pk to participate in this e-bidding process, as manual hard-copy submissions will no longer be accepted in upcoming procurements.
Bidding documents are available for free download from www.ebidding.nha.gov.pk starting June 15, 2026. Electronic bids must be submitted to the General Manager (Maintenance), Pb-North, at Shahpur Interchange, Tohkar Niaz Baig, Multan Road, Lahore, on or before June 29, 2026 at 11:00 AM.
