Description / Scope of Work
HAZECO invites prequalification applications from eligible and experienced firms and workshops for the provision of distribution transformer reclamation, repair, refurbishment and testing services. The procurement is intended to establish closed framework agreements for anticipated service requirements during fiscal year 2026-27 and subsequent years across the Hazara region in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. The scope encompasses repair, refurbishment and testing services for distribution transformers through framework contracts with successful prequalified bidders. The contract will be valid for one year with potential for extension in subsequent years.
The prequalification process is open to all national applicants subject to fulfilling eligibility requirements outlined in the detailed prequalification documents. Interested firms must obtain further information and prequalification documents from the Manager Supply Chain Management at HAZECO headquarters located at College Road, Abbottabad, Room No 209, during standard office hours. Applicants submitting fake or false information or documents will be liable for blacklisting and debarment from future procurements.
Applications must be submitted on or before 29 June 2026 at 11:30 AM to the Manager Supply Chain Management, HAZECO HQ, College Road, Abbottabad. The tender will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM. HAZECO reserves the right to reject any bids as per Rule-33(1) of PPRA Rules 2004. A Grievance Redressal Committee has been notified for this procurement in accordance with Rule 48 of Public Procurement Rules 2004.
