Cantonment Board Peshawar invites company profiles and financial proposals from qualified and reputed consultant and architect firms for the financial years 2025-26 and 2026-27. The procuring authority seeks services under two main categories: consultant and architect services for new projects involving Cantt Fund Buildings, Roads, Water Supply Network, Sewerage Network and related infrastructure, and revamping or rehabilitation services for existing Cantt Fund Buildings, Roads, Water Supply Network, Sewerage Network with improvement and beautification of green belts and chowks. Eligible firms must be duly registered with the Income Tax Department, active tax payers listed by the Federal Board of Revenue, and registered with PCATP and PEC. The scope of work spans multiple infrastructure domains within the limits of Peshawar Cantonment, addressing development and maintenance needs across buildings, transportation, and utility networks.
Eligibility requirements mandate that interested consultant and architect firms maintain valid registration certificates from PCATP and PEC, possess permanent qualified staff, maintain equipment and IT tools, and demonstrate financial stability through bank certificates. Applicants must provide evidence of tax registrations with relevant authorities and furnish affidavits confirming the firm has not been blacklisted by any public or private organization. Comprehensive documentation including company profile with CNICs, list of permanent staff, equipment inventory, project completion history from the past five years, current project portfolio, and bank financial stability certificates must accompany all submissions.
Job description and financial proposal forms are available for Rs. 500 only from the Cantonment Board Peshawar office at 5-Capt. Abdul Jalil Shaheed Road, Peshawar, or can be downloaded free from the CBP website at www.peshawar.cantonment.gov.pk. Profiles and financial proposals will be opened on 29-06-2026 at 11:30 AM in the presence of consultants, architects, or their authorized representatives.
