Description / Scope of Work
The Armed Forces Institute of Ophthalmology (AFIO) Rawalpindi invites sealed quotations from local bidders and authorized security-cleared contractors for the bulk purchase and supply of miscellaneous stationary and general store items during the financial year 2026-27. This tender is open to eligible suppliers in Punjab, specifically in Rawalpindi, and covers a comprehensive range of office and operational supplies required by the institute throughout the financial year. The procurement aims to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of essential stationary and general store materials to support the institute's ongoing operations.
Eligible bidders must be local contractors who are authorized and security-cleared by relevant authorities. Interested parties are required to register themselves with AFIO Rawalpindi for the financial year 2026-27 prior to submitting quotations. Bid documents, including the detailed list of miscellaneous stationary and general store items, can be obtained from the Quotations Office at AFIO Rawalpindi during working hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000. The institute reserves the right to reject any or all bids without prior notice in accordance with PPRA Rule 33(1).
Sealed quotations marked "Quotation for the Supply of Miscellaneous Stationary/General Store" must reach the Quotations Office at AFIO Rawalpindi by 1100 hours on 29 June 2026. Tender opening will take place on the same day at 1130 hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Quoted rates will remain applicable throughout the financial year 2026-27.
