Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PM&DC) in Islamabad is inviting pre-qualification proposals from reputable and well-established firms and contractors for a comprehensive three-year maintenance and repair services contract, extendable for an additional two years based on satisfactory performance. The procurement covers five distinct service categories: repair and maintenance of official vehicles including Suzuki, Honda, and Toyota models with emphasis on one-window workshops and OEM compliance; building and space repairs encompassing whitewash, tile and marble work, partitioning, aluminum work, water reservoir cleaning, and building cladding maintenance; repair and maintenance of computers, printers, LCD/LED screens, laptops, IT equipment, software, hardware, and network infrastructure; office furniture repair and maintenance including executive chairs, tables, sofas, and wooden fixtures; and machinery and equipment repairs covering photocopiers, air conditioners, water dispensers, CCTV systems, electric geysers, fans, and automatic sliding doors. The tender is being processed in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004 by the Government of Pakistan to streamline PM&DC's procurement procedures at its secretariat building located in Mauve Area, Sector G-10/4, Islamabad.
