The Government of Gilgit-Baltistan, Governor's Secretariat invites sealed tenders from reputed registered Government firms, dealers, suppliers and contractors for the procurement of three categories of goods and services for the Financial Year 2026-27. The tender comprises three line items: miscellaneous and other goods with a call deposit of Rs.75,000, entertainment and gift items also valued at Rs.75,000, and repair and maintenance of Government vehicles with a call deposit of Rs.150,000. The procurement is intended to support the operational requirements of the Governor's Secretariat in Gilgit-Baltistan. Bidding follows a single-stage two-envelope system with separate financial and technical proposals required for submission. Tenders will be opened on the committee on 12 August 2026 in the presence of contractors, suppliers or their authorised representatives at the Governor's Secretariat in Gilgit-Baltistan. Interested bidders must obtain prescribed bidding documents from the office of the undersigned during office hours. The Competent Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per relevant instructions and guidelines of GB PPRA Rules 2022.
