Description / Scope of Work
Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC), Pakistan's leading integrated gas transmission and distribution company operating in Sindh and Balochistan, invites sealed bids for Civil and Electrical Works Construction of Store/Workshop Room (01 No.), total area 376 Square Feet, on a lumpsum turnkey basis at RO Hyderabad. The project is being procured under Single Stage One Envelope Bidding Procedure as per clause 36(a) of PPRA Rules 2004. The tender reference is SSGC/SC/NR/EPADS/14302 with an estimated scope detailed in Section III and accompanying drawings in Section X of the tender document.
Eligible bidders must hold a Valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) Certificate of Category C-6 or above with specialization in CE-10 Category, and must be active in the FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Bidders are required to submit a FIXED Bid Bond of Rs. 47,500 (Forty-seven Thousand Five Hundred Only) in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of Sui Southern Gas Company Limited. All bids must be submitted online via the EPADS Portal. The tender documents comprise nine sections including Instructions to Bidders, Scope of Work, Special Conditions, General Terms and Conditions, Bid Bond and Performance Bond Formats, Bill of Quantities, and supporting annexures.
Online bid submission closes on 30 June 2026 at 1500 hours, with public opening scheduled for 1530 hours the same day on EPADS in the presence of bidders and authorized representatives.
