Description / Scope of Work
The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO), under its Village Electrification programme, invites sealed bids for the procurement of civil works relating to High Tension (HT) structures of 45 feet and 58 feet heights for the provision of electricity connection to Danish School Kurri in Islamabad. This tender (Reference 89/2025-26) covers the complete scope of work under the jurisdiction of the Construction Division IESCO Islamabad for FY 2026-27. The project aims to establish electrical infrastructure required to supply power to the educational institution located in Islamabad, Federal Territory.
Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 (e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) and comply with all requirements under the Public Procurement Rules 2004. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or a Bid Securing Declaration as specified in the bidding documents. Bidders are required to meet the eligibility criteria, financial capacity requirements, and Net Worth evaluation stipulated in the tender documents.
Bidding documents are available on EPADS v2.0 at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/ for registered bidders. E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Thursday, June 10, 2026. The procurement will follow the Single Stage-One Envelope method using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique.
