The Office of the District & Sessions Judge Kamber-Shahdadkot invites sealed electronically encrypted bids through the SPPRA's ePADS Portal under Single Stage Two Envelope method for the construction of a Women-Centric Facility (Waiting Room) at the Judicial Complex in Shahdadkot, Sindh. The project is valued at Rs. 4.0 million with a completion timeline of three months. This procurement is aimed at enhancing judicial infrastructure and providing dedicated facilities for women at the courthouse, reflecting the commitment to gender-sensitive justice delivery in the region.
Eligible bidders must possess valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-6 or above with Specialized Code CE-10, along with a valid Electric Inspectorate Registration Certificate from Larkana Region. Firms must maintain active taxpayer status with the Federal Board of Revenue and Sindh Revenue Board, demonstrate at least five years of previous experience in construction, and maintain average annual turnover exceeding the estimated cost as per tax returns. A bid security of Rs. 200,000 (refundable) and tender fee of Rs. 3,000 (non-refundable) are required, payable via Pay Order or Demand Draft in the name of Access to Justice Development Fund for District & Sessions Judge Kamber-Shahdadkot. Bidders must submit affidavits confirming non-blacklisting status, provide details of technical personnel, equipment inventory, and financial statements for the last five years.
Bidding documents are available online from the SPPRA's ePADS Portal at https://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk from 10 June 2026 onwards. Sealed bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 30 June 2026, with opening scheduled for 11:30 AM the same day at the Office of the Senior Civil & Assistant Sessions Judge, Kamber.
