Description / Scope of Work
Water and Sanitation Agency Lahore (WASA), Punjab Water and Sanitation Authority invites competitive bids for the construction of an official house at Shadbagh Water Reservoir in Lahore, Punjab. This single-stage one-envelope tender with reference number XEN-II(M)/288/2025-26 concerns a construction project valued at approximately Rs. 1,614,553.05. The project scope involves the complete construction of residential infrastructure at the specified water reservoir location to support WASA operations in Lahore.
Eligible bidders must be registered on e-PADS (Punjab Electronic Procurement System) and hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) License in category C-6 or above with active filer National Tax Number (NTN) and Provincial NTN (PNTN) credentials. Bidders are required to submit bid security in the form of a CDR, Bank Guarantee, Purchase Order, Demand Draft, or Banker's Cheque (excluding insurance bonds) amounting to 3% of the estimated cost, which equals Rs. 48,437/-. The bid security must be submitted in both soft copy on e-PADS and hard copy in original form to the undersigned office before the e-bid submission deadline.
Bidding documents are available exclusively through e-PADS at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk and the PPRA website at http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically through e-PADS on or before 25 June 2026 at 10:30 AM, with bids opening on the same day at 11:00 AM. No manual or postal bids will be accepted. Bidders must provide NTN certificates, PRA certificates, and all documentation must be stamped and signed by authorized signatories.
