Nawaz Sharif Center of Excellence for Early Childhood Education (NSCoE), located in Lahore, Punjab, invites expressions of interest from renowned and established café or coffee outlet operators to establish, operate and manage a high-quality modern coffee outlet or café adjacent to the newly constructed Paddle Court facility. The procurement seeks a professionally managed and reputable operator to serve healthy drinks, snacks and light food items to players, students, families and visitors during afterschool timings and recreational periods. The outlet will be established within a compact modern kiosk or small container format in an open area at 4-Shahrah-e-Aiwan-e-Tijarat, Lahore, designed to improve customer experience and increase dwell time at the Paddle Court, which will accommodate children aged 5-16 years.
Eligibility criteria require applicants to be renowned and famous café or coffee outlet operators already operating businesses preferably in Lahore, demonstrating technical competence and financial soundness with relevant experience in managing coffee outlets within public or private organizations.
