Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Employees Social Security Directorate, Gujrat invites electronic bids from well-reputed and eligible firms for providing and installation of neon sign boards and simple panaflexes boards for medical outlets of DSS Gujrat Medical Wing. The project is located at Director Medical, DSS Gujrat, GT Road, Gorala, Gujrat in Punjab province, with an estimated contract value of PKR 1,000,000. The scope includes design, supply, and installation of various neon signage at the medical facility on a free delivery to consignee's end basis. This is a single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure carried out through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) by file uploading method in compliance with PPRA E-Procurement Regulations March 2025.
Eligible bidders must submit original bid security equivalent to 3 percent of the estimated price (PKR 30,000) in the form of Call Deposit Receipt or Bank Draft, along with original e-stamp paper, before the closing deadline. The bidder's firm must not be blacklisted or suspended, and all bids must be signed, unambiguous, and unconditional. A performance guarantee of up to 7 percent of the contract amount will be required upon award. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 15 June 2026 at 10:30 AM at the conference room.
The bidding document is available free of cost and can be downloaded from the PPRA website at www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk, the e-PADS portal at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk, and the PESSI website at www.pessi.punjab.gov.pk. Interested bidders must submit their bids by 25 June 2026 before 10:30 AM, with tender opening scheduled for the same date at 11:00 AM.
