Description / Scope of Work
Faisalabad Parking Company invites sealed proposals from experienced, reputable, and government-compliant software development firms for the design, development, customization, deployment, training, and support of a Centralized Cloud-Based Parking Management Software in Faisalabad, Punjab. The proposed system shall support Web, Desktop, and Mobile platforms and must be suitable for multi-site parking operations within Faisalabad and other locations as required by the Department. The solution is intended for use by a government department and must adhere to professional standards, data security requirements, and scalability expectations. The vendor shall be responsible for requirement analysis and system design, development of Web and Desktop applications for on-site parking operations, Mobile Applications for Android and iOS, deployment on cloud infrastructure, customization according to operational needs, integration readiness for future automation and hardware, user training and documentation, and post-deployment support and maintenance as per agreement.
Bids are invited based on the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 from well-reputed and financially sound firms or individuals having previous experience and registered with the Income Tax Department. Interested bidders must submit a Technical Proposal containing complete specification details, catalogues, General Sales Tax and Income Tax certificates on the firm's letterhead, along with bid security at five percent of the estimate price in the shape of Call Deposit or Demand Draft favoring Faisalabad Parking Company. The Financial Proposal should include the rate of respective items including all taxes and charges whatsoever, as per the format given in the bidding document on the firm's letterhead.
Bids shall be received under Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 Section 38(2)(a)(i). Technical proposals will be opened on 30-06-2026 at 02:30 PM while Financial Proposals shall be opened after receipt of the technical evaluation report in the presence of qualified bidders. Bids must be addressed to the Managing Director, Faisalabad Parking Company, Faisalabad and shall be received till 30-06-2026 before 02:00 PM in the office of Faisalabad Parking Company at 430 Amin Town, Faisalabad.
