Pakistan Kidney & Liver Institute and Research Center (PKLI & RC) invites sealed competitive bids for outsourcing laundry services in case of contingency under tender reference PRO/91/2026. This service level agreement (SLA) procurement is intended to provide contingency laundry support for the institute's operations in Punjab. The scope covers professional laundry services including washing, drying, pressing, and delivery of linens, uniforms, and operational textiles as required by the hospital. The contract will be awarded to the lowest qualified bidder meeting all technical and financial evaluation criteria as outlined in the bidding documents.
Eligible bidders must be registered businesses with relevant experience in commercial or institutional laundry services. Bidders should possess valid business registration, tax certificates, and any required licenses for operating laundry facilities. A bid security in the form of a bank guarantee or demand draft is mandatory as per the bid data sheet specifications. Bidders must submit documentary evidence establishing their financial capacity, technical capability, and past performance in similar service delivery. One person or organization may submit only one bid and cannot be associated with other bidders in the same tender process.
Bid documents are available from Pakistan Kidney & Liver Institute and Research Center and may be downloaded or obtained in physical form as specified in the tender notice. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes before the deadline of June 30, 2026, to the procuring agency's office. The bid opening will be conducted on the same date at the institute's premises. Technical and financial evaluation will follow standard procurement procedures with clarifications sought from bidders as needed.
