The District and Sessions Judge, Muzaffargarh invites sealed competitive bids for the solarization of courts under this procurement tender. The project aims to install solar power systems across court facilities in Muzaffargarh, Punjab, to reduce operational costs and promote sustainable energy use in the judicial infrastructure. The scope encompasses the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of solar photovoltaic systems with associated equipment and components as per the technical specifications detailed in Section IV of the bidding documents. Eligible bidders must be registered contractors or vendors with relevant experience in solar power installations and energy systems. Bidders are required to submit bid security in the form prescribed in the bidding documents, along with documentation proving their technical and financial capability to execute the contract. All bidders must comply with Pakistani procurement rules and demonstrate freedom from corruption and fraud.
