Description / Scope of Work
National Grid Company of Pakistan Limited (NGC), formerly NTDC, invites electronic bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for the procurement of transformer oil in respect of the Chief Engineer Asset Management (South) office in NGC Region Hyderabad, Sindh Province. This tender, referenced as 04/CE/AM/S/NGC/HYD/2025-26, is open to government-authorized contractors registered with the Federal or Provincial income tax and sales tax departments and maintaining active taxpayer status with the Federal Board of Revenue. Eligible bidders must be on the active taxpayers list of FBR to participate in this procurement process for the supply of transformer oil required for NGC operations in the Hyderabad region.
Bidders must submit bid security equivalent to 2% of the quoted or bid amount in the form of a CDR or Banker's Cheque in favour of the Senior Budget and Accounts Officer NGC Hyderabad. This security must be submitted or delivered before the closing date and time of the tender to the office of the Chief Engineer AM (S) NGC Hyderabad. The bid documents must be prepared strictly in accordance with the instructions provided in the bidding documents and submitted exclusively through the EPADS portal. Bids submitted through any other means will not be accepted, and late submissions will be rejected outright.

Electronic bids must be submitted on EPADS on or before 07 July 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening scheduled for 07 July 2026 at 11:30 hours.
