Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Revenue Automation (Private) Limited (PRAL) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified manpower outsourcing firms for the provision of on-demand professional, technical, and administrative human resources across PRAL's operational departments in Islamabad, Federal Province. The successful bidder shall provide staffing services in accordance with the detailed scope, terms, and conditions specified in the tender documents. Tender documents containing comprehensive requirements and terms and conditions are available for registered bidders at the official portals https://epms.ppra.gov.pk and https://pral.com.pk, providing full access to bid specifications and service level requirements.
Eligible bidders must be qualified manpower outsourcing service providers with demonstrated capability to deliver professional and administrative staffing services. Bidders are required to comply with all instructions and conditions specified in the tender documents, including submission of requisite bid security as per Public Procurement Rules 2004. The Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) constituted under Rule 48 of the Public Procurement Rules 2004 shall address any tender-related disputes or complaints.
Sealed bids prepared in strict accordance with tender document instructions must be submitted at PRAL Office, Galaxy Business Centre, 2nd Floor, Plot #266-B, Street #9, Sector I-9/3, Islamabad on or before 26th June 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same date at 11:30 AM.
