Description / Scope of Work
Aitchison College, Lahore invites sealed quotations from authorized partners and resellers for the renewal of Internet Access Gateway (IAG) licensing, subscriptions and support services for a one-year period. This procurement is open to interested firms operating as authorized partners or resellers in Punjab. The scope of work includes provision of IAG licensing and all associated support services required to maintain uninterrupted internet access and gateway functionality for the college's operational requirements. Prospective bidders must be authorized partners or resellers recognized by the IAG provider and capable of delivering comprehensive licensing and technical support services.
Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes through registered courier service clearly marked "REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR IAG". Interested firms may obtain the complete Request for Proposal (RFP) document upon submission of a non-refundable processing fee of PKR 3,000 in the form of a Pay Order or Demand Draft made payable to Aitchison College through registered courier service. Standard eligibility criteria for authorized resellers and partners apply, including valid authorization certificates and relevant technical credentials for delivering gateway services and support.
The closing date for receipt of sealed proposals is 25th June 2026. Completed proposals must be submitted through registered courier service to the address specified. Aitchison College reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations without assigning any reason.
