LTE Engineering and Trade Services (Pvt) Ltd, Hassanabdal invites sealed bids from interested tax filer parties for the auction of furniture, fixtures, IT items and miscellaneous items in a single lot. The items are located at the Warehouse at Mohra Chowk, Hassanabdal in Gilgit-Baltistan province and are being auctioned on an as-is-where-is basis without any warranty or guarantee. This is an open auction notice for procurement of used office and IT equipment through competitive bidding process.
Prospective bidders must deposit bid security of Rs. 300,000.00 in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft drawn in favor of LTE Engineering and Trade Services (Pvt) Ltd, Hassanabdal. Bidders are required to have an active NTN with Filer status in FBR (Federal Board of Revenue). Sales Tax at 18 percent applies to all registered bidders; unregistered bidders or those with inactive GST status will be subject to an additional 4 percent GST surcharge on the quoted price.
Sealed bids must be delivered to LTE Engineering and Trade Services (Pvt) Ltd, Warehouse at Mohra Chowk, Hassanabdal by 18th June, 2026 between 0900 and 1400 hours. Bids will be opened on the same day between 1500 and 1530 hours.
