Description / Scope of Work
Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) invites sealed bids through E-PADS v2.0 from eligible bidders for multiple tenders related to stringing, reconditioning, and shifting of high-tension transmission lines across five districts in Punjab province. The procurement includes relocation of new transformers, dismantlement of poles and structures, and complete high-voltage infrastructure work with associated village electrification and deposit works. Nine tender packages are advertised with tender amounts ranging from PKR 3.00 million to PKR 6.50 million, covering districts Sargodha, Khushab, Mianwali, Bhakkar, and the Construction Division FESCO Jhang. Completion periods vary from 10 to 12 months depending on the scope of work in each district.
Eligible bidders must be pre-qualified and registered with DISCOS, NTDC, or WAPDA, holding Category C-6 and above (C-6 to C-1) specialization from Pakistan Engineering Council. Bid security is calculated on a percentage basis using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique as per PPRA Procurement Rules 2004. All bidders must comply with registration requirements on the new E-PADS v2.0 platform and possess valid tax and regulatory certifications.

Submission deadline is Monday, June 29, 2026, before 1:15 PM through the online portal; manual submission is not entertained. E-bids will be opened on the same day at 12:45 PM.
