Heavy Mechanical Complex (HMC), Taxila invites sealed bids from reputed and experienced firms for the auction of electrical parts to be separated from metal scrap material lying at HMC premises in Punjab. This tender offers an opportunity for qualified bidders to participate in the procurement of electrical components through a competitive bidding process. Interested parties are encouraged to visit the HMC site for inspection and to obtain complete details, terms and conditions from the concerned office during working hours. The auction scope covers electrical parts that require separation from scrap material currently held at the HMC facility.
Participating firms must be reputed and experienced in handling similar procurement activities. Sealed tenders addressed to the CFO must be clearly marked with the tender number and prepared in accordance with the instructions provided in the bidding documents. Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions are available from the Department of Supply Chain Management at HMC Taxila and can be purchased against payment of Rs. 5,000 (non-refundable) in the form of CDR or Pay Order made in favor of HMC.
Sealed tenders must reach the Tender Box in Admin Block, HMC Taxila on or before 1400 hours on 29-06-2026 for opening at 1430 hours on the same day in Admin Block in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Bidding documents with detailed terms and conditions are available in the Department of Supply Chain Management. HMC reserves the right to accept or reject all bids and to annul the tendering process at any stage prior to award of contract.
