The Divisional Superintendent, Pakistan Railways, Lahore Division invites sealed bids from eligible parties for the lease of multiple railway godowns situated at Badami Bagh in Lahore, Punjab. This public auction notice covers twenty-nine distinct railway godwon units located along the LHR-SDR section, with areas ranging from 2,500 to 14,000 square meters. The lease period for all properties is fixed at five years, commencing from 05-05-2026. The auction will be conducted through a sealed bidding process to be held at the Committee Room, DS Office, Lahore on the specified closing date of 30 June 2026. All interested eligible parties are encouraged to participate in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this notice.
Eligible bidders must be registered parties capable of participating in the sealed bidding process.
