Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Cricket Board invites pre-qualification applications from well-reputed, experienced and professional entities registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and on Active Taxpayers list for the Electronic Request for Prequalification of C-6 and above Civil Contractor documents. The procurement covers repair, maintenance and allied works at PCB Stadia and facilities nationwide with a contract period of three years. Prequalification documents containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions are available on the official EPADS portal. This is a nationwide project covering multiple locations across Pakistan under the PCB's infrastructure development initiative.
Eligible bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council, maintain active taxpayer status with income and sales tax departments, and possess all required professional certifications and credentials. Bidders are required to submit prequalification documents electronically through EPADS system in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004. Detailed eligibility criteria, bid security requirements and technical specifications are outlined in the tender documents available on the portal.
Electronic prequalification documents prepared per POD guidelines must be submitted through EPADS on or before 11:00 a.m. on 30th June 2026. Manual bids will not be accepted. Electronic prequalification will be opened on the same date at 11:30 a.m. using EPADS. The Grievance Redressal Committee proceedings as per Rule 48 of Public Procurement Rules 2004 are established for subject procurement.
