National Grid Company of Pakistan (NGC), formerly known as NTDC, invites sealed bids for repair and maintenance works of the Office of Chief Engineer A.M (South) NGC located at NTPS Colony, T.M Khan Road, Hyderabad, Sindh Province. This is a single stage two envelope tender being executed under NGC's own resources. The project involves comprehensive repair and maintenance of the office building infrastructure to ensure operational efficiency and safety. The tender reference number is XEN-CIVIL-AMS-HYD-02-2025-26, and detailed technical specifications, drawings, and scope of work are provided in the bidding documents.
Eligible contractors must possess valid registration with the relevant construction and engineering bodies, hold appropriate business licenses, and demonstrate prior experience in similar repair and maintenance projects. Bidders are required to submit a bid security as specified in the Bid Data Sheet.
