Description / Scope of Work
HQ SCNI (North) at Naval Complex, Sector E-8 in Islamabad invites sealed bids from reputed contractors and transporters for supply of transport vehicles on a monthly basis during the fiscal year July 2026 to June 2027. The procurement includes four double cabin vehicles and four cars of make and model 2023-2024, complete with fuel supply on a monthly basis for usage at Islamabad, Lahore or as decided by SCNI (North) or the Authorized Officer. Quotes are to be submitted for one month price inclusive of all applicable taxes. This is a service-based contract for the Federal region.
Eligible bidders must be reputed contractors or transporters with vast experience in providing transport services and must be registered with both the Income Tax and Sales Tax departments. Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions, procedures for submission, bid security requirements, bid validity, evaluation criteria, and performance guarantee specifications are available for purchase at a cost of Rs. 1,000/- (non-refundable) from the office address provided. Bidders must comply with all requirements outlined in the official bidding documents.
Sealed bids must be submitted to HQ SCNI (North) at Naval Complex, Sector E-8, Islamabad, addressed to the undersigned, on or before 29 June 2026 at 1030 hours. Bid opening will take place on the same day at 1100 hours.
