Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation invites expressions of interest from experienced tax consultancy firms to provide tax advisory services for a period of one year, extendable based on performance. The engagement will cover tax matters and issues relevant to the corporation's operations in Islamabad, Federal Province. The procurement will be conducted using the Quality and Cost method as per PPRA rules, with shortlisted firms required to submit both technical and financial proposals.
Eligible tax consultancy firms must be registered as chartered or management accountants with the relevant tax authorities including the Federal Board of Revenue. Applicant firms must have at least two partners on their professional team, a minimum of five years' corporate tax experience preferably with government or semi-government autonomous bodies, and an annual turnover of at least PKR 10 million. The firm must maintain a registered office in Islamabad and provide comprehensive documentation including legal status, valid registration certificates, engagement letters, and detailed performance history with at least two government bodies, one semi-government entity, and two corporate or private limited companies.
Interested firms must submit their expression of interest documents electronically through EPADs on or before 29 June 2026 by 1100 hours. The EOI will be opened on the same date at 1130 hours in the presence of participants who wish to attend. Only shortlisted firms will receive the Request for Proposal for technical and financial bid submission.
