Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC), an autonomous corporation under the Ministry of Energy (Petroleum Division), Government of Pakistan, invites electronic bids for the construction of bachelor rooms along with attached washroom in Bungalow No. 05 at PMDC Collieries, Sharigh in the Federal territory. The project scope includes detailed specifications and bill of quantities as per Annex A, with the complete work to be executed using new, unused, and approved materials of specified quality in accordance with best engineering practices and relevant codes and standards.
Intending bidders must possess valid registration with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) or respective revenue boards for both income tax and sales tax, and must be on the active taxpayer list (Income and Sales Tax) of the FBR or respective revenue boards. A bid security of Rs. 150,000 in the form of a pay order or demand draft from a scheduled bank made in the name of Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation is mandatory. Successful bidders will be required to deposit additional security money at 10 percent of the total contract value, with the bid money being converted into security deposit and the balance amount to be deposited separately. All rates must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees and should be inclusive of all applicable and prevailing taxes, with no cost escalation permitted at any stage.
Electronic bid documents are available for free download from the EPADS-PPRA website at https://eprocure.gov.pk. Bidders must submit their electronic bids on or before 29 June 2026 at 11:00 AM using EPADs (1.0), with original bid security instruments submitted to the undersigned before the online submission deadline. Tender opening will take place on the same date at 11:30 AM in the presence of participants who wish to attend.
