Description / Scope of Work
National Grid Company of Pakistan (NGC), formerly NTDC, invites sealed bids for supply and spreading of gravel at the 220 kV grid station switch yard located at Piran Ghaib in Multan, Punjab. The estimated contract value for this work is PKR 850,000. This civil works tender is being executed under NGC's own resources and follows a single stage two envelope bidding procedure through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) process. The work scope includes complete supply and spreading of gravel material as per specifications and drawings at the designated grid switch yard location.
Eligible bidders must be licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council in the appropriate category and must be registered with Federal and Provincial Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, appearing on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue and relevant Provincial Revenue Authority. Bidders must submit a bid security in the form of a deposit at call or a bank guarantee issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan, valid for twenty-eight days beyond the bid validity date. All bidders are required to complete a mandatory checklist before bid submission as per the Instructions to Bidders.
Bids must be submitted exclusively through the E-PADS system on or before 30 June 2026 at 11:00 am, with original hard copies of the bid security required before the closing deadline. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 am on the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend. Bidders must quote for the complete scope of work, and partial bids will be rejected.
